The Site is currently used as the Epicentre beauty salon with a suite that is leased to a church for events of religious worship.

Former Use: The address 702 Mercantile Street is an alternate address for the Site, and is the address for the main entrance of the beauty salon. 657 South Santa Fe Avenue is the address used for the hall of religious worship. Based on a review of historical sources, the present day commercial building was constructed sometime between 1939 and 1946. Documented uses of the Site building include a doctor�s office, beauty salon, event/banquet hall and religious gathering hall from 1975 to present.
