The Site is developed with a commercial building on the Site occupied by the El Compa Barbershop and Occasional Flowers flower shop.

Former Use: The single-story commercial building was developed on the Site sometime between 1953 and 1963. The owner since 1988 has been Ron Engert. Documented uses of the Site building include Vista Printing Service, a furniture upholstery shop, and barbershop and flower shop from 1970 to the present.
