Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site is a 2.43 acre lot with a 47,500 sq. ft. building located on it. It was formerly a nursing home, has been vacant for several years, and is reported to be in poor condition. The structures were a hazardous nuisance to the community. The structures were demolished and debris removed utilizing certified asbestos abatement contractors. The site still has the foundations that do not contain hazardous materials. The site is currently under consideration for a potential relocation of our police station.
