Additional Property Attributes

The property has changed ownership and is being held until the new owner begins their proposed business expansion.

Former Use: The Property was developed by 1919 with a railroad line as part of a railroad yard that was located north of the Property. Between 1929 and 1938, the Property was occupied by Consolidated Sign Corporation and Food City Brewing Company and was developed with one large manufacturing building, two small associated buildings, and a railroad line. Between 1949 to 1981, the Property was occupied by Rich Valve Manufacturing, Sterling Division Federal Mogul, Aero Mobile, and Model A&T Car Reproduction Co. also known as Shay Motor Co., and continued to be used for various automotive parts manufacturing operations. In 1985, the buildings on the Property were destroyed by a fire, and the remnants were removed in 1989. The Property reportedly remained grass-covered vacant land from 1989 until 2010.
