Former Use: The Property was developed prior to 1919 as part of a railroad yard that later became the adjoining property to the north. The Property was developed with a railroad line beginning in approximately 1955, and remained as part of the north adjoining railroad yard until sometime between 1981 and 1984. The Property consisted of vacant land from 1984 until 2010.
