Former Use: The building located on the property is four stories with a basement and has a 3,400 square foot footprint. It was constructed in 1925. Between 1925 and 1975, Campau Furniture Company occupied the building. Since that time, the building has been occupied by several commercial tenants, including Payless Shoe Source, Philip Mason New York Fashions, and Domestic Furniture and Storage. The building has been vacant since 2006.
