Additional Property Attributes

Property is located along Lombardi Avenue between USH 41 freeway and Lambeau Field. Subject property is approximately 2,100 feet from Lambeau Field.

Former Use: The property was developed for agricultural use from at least the 1930s until the early 1970s, when a strip mall was constructed on the property. One of the tenants, Plaza Cleaners, operated in the strip mall until going out of business in 2004. Their former storefront has remained unoccupied since.
