Additional Property Attributes

The East St. Louis Housing Authority is conducting gut rehabs of a number of the housing units at Villa Griffin Housing. The contractor has discovered significant mold damage in the kitchens of many of these units, and has stopped work, worried about possible worker exposure. As a result, SWIDA agreed to fund this Mold inspection. The inspection was conducted visually and discovered mold contamintation in every unit. Remediation and prevention recommendations are provided in the report.
