Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in September 2010, RECs have been identified on-site related to current and historical land uses historical retail gasoline station and active auto repair activities. Off-site RECs with potential impacts to the site include adjacent dry cleaning facility with documented impscts. A Phase 2 ESA completed in April 2011 revealed impacted soils above State regulatory cleanup criteria for PERC and petroleum constituents. Signficant groundwaer impacts include chlorinated solvents and petroleum. The horizontal extent of impacts of these eters have not been defined by the on-site perimeter groundwater wells. As such, the source of solvents could be conclusitvely determined i.e. on-site source of adjacent dry cleaner.

Former Use: Site is currently an active auto repair facility. Historical land use has included retail gasoline sales/storage.
