Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Limited Phase I ESA limited due to site access issues, one REC was found in relation to the subject site. The REC was identified due to an on-site underground bunker suspected to have been utilized as a munitions bunker when the property was part of Drew Field Army Air Base.

Former Use: The property consists of two residential lots. The north lot contains an underground bunker used as an illegal substance "grow house" from approximately 2005 to 2009. Previous land use appears to have been residential.
