Additional Property Attributes

Former gasoline service stations on two parcels with confirmed releases. MDNRE conducted site assessment activities soil and groundwter sampling at an estimated cost of 25,000 the EPA grant supported coordination of MDNRE work. Assessment results will be used to further redevelopment within the Brownfield Plan.

Former Use: Former gasoline service stations. Current property uses include and oil change facility, a motel, and a retail store. The property is privately owned but the county brownfield authority is working with the owners to develop a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the area.
