Additional Property Attributes

The property has been redeveloped into a Verizon retail store.

Former Use: Based upon the historical information obtained and reviewed, the subject site was developed in the late 1940s as a supermarket with gas pumps and operated until the early 1980s. It was leased to various tenants for commercial retail until being remodeled in the early 1990s for office space. It was occupied until 2001 and has remained vacant since that time. Surrounding properties were historically farmland that began to develop into residential properties with some commercial properties between the 1960s and the 1980s. Heavy commercial development along North Center Street began in the 1990s into the early 2000s.
