Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property was developed with a residence by 1887. Between 1930 and 1940, the residence was replaced with a portion of the current building, which was used as a gasoline station/automotive service center. The gasoline station operated at the Property until the late 1950?s, when Worgess Insurance occupied the Property and used the building as an insurance agency office. The Property continued to be occupied by an insurance agency until 2010.

April 2024 update - a Phase II ESA was completed in November 2023. Various PAHs and metals were measured in soil samples at concentrations exceeding Part 201 Generic Cleanup Criteria. Developer is evaluating options and we are waiting on direction prior to completing a final report. Its possible that deliverables will be analytical summary tables because the grant funds were used in conjunction with developer funds to pay for the assessment; the grant funding was not adequate to cover a report.
