Additional Property Attributes

This property has been purchased by the Reed City Library for a future expansion.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped, vegetated land from at least 1938 until 1948 when the subject building was constructed by St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. St. Philip utilized the subject building as a grade school from that time until 1971, when the church sold the subject building and property to Reed City Public Schools. Reed City Public Schools has utilized the subject building for administration offices, alternative education classrooms, and a daycare since that time.
