Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA prepared in September 2010 per ASTM E1527-05, RECs have been identified due to the properties' proximity to the former Mulberry Construction Site adjacent, which has potential migrating impacts petroleum, solvents and metals. A Phase II ESA completed in 2011 revealed no suburface impacts above regulatory criteria in either parcel of this site.
