Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in September 2010, RECs have been determined to exist on this site based on documented historical land use phosphate mining and an adjacent suspected upgradient site with potential petroleum, solvent and metals impacts. A Phase II ESA completed in 2011 revealed no subsurface impacts. However, please note that the majority of this site is submerged lands underwater.

Former Use: A large portion of the site is submerged land due to historical phosphate mining activity on and near by the site. A small portion of the site has a potential historical land use as residential.
