Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in October 2010 per ASTM E1527-05 revealed RECs associated with this property based on historical land use which included automotive repair, as well as documented lead impacts to on-site groundwater associated with a former on-site waste oil tank. Off-site RECs are related to numerous current and historical auto repair facilities within close proximity to the subject site. A Phase II ESA with field activities in December 2010 revealed low levels of VOCs, SVOCs, TRPH and various RCRA 8 metals in soils, but well below Chapter 62-777 cleanup criteria. The low level hits were attributed to anthropogenic urban background. No additional assessment was recommended based on the Phase II findings.

Former Use: Property is currently occupied by a non-profit organization St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. Past uses have included an office supply business and an auto repair facility.
