Property owner did not want County to move forward wtih Phase II sampling

Former Use: The property currently serves as a single-family residence with attached garage. The east portion of the site also contains multiple sheds that were not accessed during the Phase I assessment, at the request of the property owner. Based on aerial photographs, the current single-family residence has been situated on the property since the year 1962. Smaller structures and substantial vegetation growth have also been documented over the years, but the property has remained relatively unchanged since the early 1990's.
