Additional Property Attributes

The EPA and the former property owner, General Motors, conducted a Removal Program Preliminary Assessment/Site Investigation in 2002. Asbestos was identified and removed from the property. The Removal Action was completed in September 2004. The Removal Action was not conducted as part of the Brownfields grant received by the City of Bristol. (PPF attached to QR 16, 7/1/05-9/30/05)

Former Use: The property was used as a tank farm for bulk storage of fuel oil since late 1920s. There is a potential for petroleum and degreasing solvents in soil and groundwater.
