Additional Property Attributes

At the start of the grant period the property was owned by the Survivors of Milton A. and Rose M. Kaitz. The property was sold to David Baillargeon on 6/30/2004 for $130,000. (PPF attached to QR 16, 7/1/05-9/30/05)

Former Use: The property is occupied by one 7,200 square foot, single sotry building constructed in 1954-1955. The property was developed and utilized as an auto service station from 1954-1994. Activities conducted included brake, tire, and exhaust servicing. Fire damage occurred to the western portion of the building in 1994.
