Additional Property Attributes

In addition to assessments for hazardous materials, a vapor intrusion study will be done to assess the property interior for safe habitation.

Former Use: Since 1987, the site was completely renovated from the ground up and used as a shelter for homeless men, women, and children. Prior uses included warehouse activities from 1972-1987. From 1925-1972 it was Mountain City Laundry, a subsidiary company of then St. Joseph�s Hospital and Memorial Mission Hospital.
