Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA prepared in October 2010, RECs have been identified based on on-site and off-site concerns. On site concern is related to site's former use as a radiator service shop with documented lead and TRPH impacts. The off-site concern includes the potential for migrating petroleum impacts.
