Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property consists of one legal parcel occupying approximately 4.4 acres. The site is developed with two buildings resting on concrete slabs on grade. Concrete and asphalt cover is present adjacent to the buildings. Landscaped lawn space is present along northern portions of the property with scrub/brush cover on eastern portions of the property. Historic data sources indicate that the subject property was initially developed for industrial purposes around 1957. It has been occupied by industrial operations since that time, including Standard Steel Industries, Inc. Standard Steel and Supply and Medalist Standard Steel. Core Tech., Inc. began operations on the property in 2000. The property has been vacant since Core Tech., Inc. ceased its operations on the site in 2009.
