Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Until 1967, the property was agricultural land. Today, the subject property consists of approximately 7.7 acres with three buildings. The main building was constructed in 1970 with an addition made in 1990 to bring it to its current size of 24,000 square feet. There are also two lean-to storage buildings north of the main building. One is 4,000 square feet and the other is 8,000 square feet. Perkins Family RV Center owned the property from 1983 to 1985. Custom Fabricators occupied the site from 1987 to 1990. Cabriolet Custom Vehicles- truck and van specialists- occupied the property until 2003 when Hager Distribution, a lumber wholesale company moved in. The property became vacant in 2009.
