Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The hospital was originally constructed in 1927 with several additions made in 1949, 1957, and 1971. The building was last used in 1987 and has been vacant since that time. The City of Three Rivers would like to demolish the structure and either create public greenspace to the adjacent publicly owned parks or provide development opportunity.
