Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II ESA is recommended for soil and groundwater investigation around the old laundromat for volatile organic compounds and in the shallow soils in the former building areas for both PCBs and chlordane presence.

Former Use: Historical operations at the property included a gasoline station, maintenance shop with possible degreasing operations, possible application of pesticides, and use as a laundromat.

The Phase II ESA indicated the only volatile constituent detected was total xylenes at a level of 7 ug/kg, well below the Missouri default target level of 24,700 ug/kg. The only pesticide detected was 4,4-DDT at a level of 330 ug/kg., well below the DTL of 14,300 ug/kg.
