Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in November 2010, RECs have been identified related to the property's potential impacts related to on-site and/or adjacent phosphate mining activity and potential for migrating impacts from suspect adjacent property. A Phase II ESA was completed in 2011 which included soil and groundwater sampling/ analysis for petroleum products, solvents and metals. In addition, radiochemistry was performed on a shallow groundwater sample. No contaminants were found in any of the samples above applicable State cleanup target levels. As such, no additional assessment is warranted for this property i.e. this portion of the combined study area.

Former Use: Site is undeveloped/vacant property. Historical documentation suggests the property has never been developed.
