Additional Property Attributes

Past site uses are: Gas Station, Auto Repair Shop and Used Car Lot. The City of Hendersonville plans to use this site as a "gateway" tot he Southside of the City. When digging up soil to erect a sign, they came upon an abandoned UST. After tank removal & some soil excavation & removal, the environmental consultants recommended additional soil sampling. A Phase I was completed & will be reviewed to determine next steps.

Former Use: Past uses of the site include a gas station, auto repair shop & used car lot. The site will be used to hold a large sign welcoming people to the Southside of The City of Hendersonville.
