Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until between 1958 and 1965. C commercial building was constructed on the eastern end of the subject property, which may have been utilized as a miniature golf course. The esisting Laundromat building was constructed in 1988. Between 1988 and 1997, the subject property was occupied by a video rental store and a Radio Shack. In 1997, Mr. Farmer purchased the subject property and renovated the existing building into a Laundromat. In approximately 1998, the car wash bulding was constructed to the southeast of the Laundromat building.
