Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped, heavily vegetated land from at least 1938 until 1999 when the existing subject building was constructed on the western portion of the property. The subject property has operated as an oil change since that time. The subject property closed for the winter months in 2007 and has not reopened at this time.
