Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of undeveloped forested land until between 1965 and 1983 when a warehouse building was constructed. The building was utilized by Elwin "Spike" Purchase Forest Products as a repair garage for trucking equipment used to haul logs/timber. A fire destroyed the building in the early 1990s and the subject building was constructed in 1991 in the same location as the former building. The subject property was purchased by Mr. Roy Myers in the mid-1990s. The subject building has only been used for storage since approximately 2001. The property is currently not utilized for any specific or obvious purpose.
