Additional Property Attributes

The Property houses an 800 square foot industrial building. The Property is generally bound by 5th Street and a parking lot to the north, an industrial building to the east, an alleyway and a parking lot to the south, and South Harvey Avenue and the United States Postal Service USPS facility to the west. The city is acquiring this property which will be within the C2S Central Park. The 800 square-foot industrial building is comprised of corrugated tin and was constructed in 1960.An approximately 1,200 square-foot concrete driveway is located on the south side of the building. No specific problems were documented in the phase I, but based on history and surrounding area, phase II was recommended.

Former Use: Second Thirty Years is current owner. The deed was transferred to Second Thirty Years from Crowe Laird Ballard Harris on 4/18/1995, who purchased the property from Garrett & Co. in 4/12/1994. Garrett & Co. received Deed on 2/1/1978 The Property is comprised of an 800 square foot industrial building built of corrugated tin in 1960. The building is currently being used as an automobile repair shop and a wood stove repair shop. The driveway on the south side of the industrial building is being utilized for the storage of vehicles in various stages of repair and as a sales lot. Property was used for residential purposes from at least 1894 -1922. In the late 1940s, the Property began to be utilized for industrial purposes. the current industrial building was constructed in 1960. The Property has reportedly been used as an auto repair facility for at least ten years. No specific problems were documented in the phase I, but based on history and surrounding area, phase II was recommended.
