Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is currently owned by Joe Clark/People's Gas & Oil and is currently vacant. While vacant and not currently utilized, the property once operated as a grocery store and filling station. There are currently five underground storage tanks still in place: 3 4,000 gallon and 2 550 gallon tanks. The tanks were historically used for gasoline, diesel, and waste oil.
