EPA Region 9 filmed a short documentary of the property. Local historian was interviewed for film.

Former Use: Railroad was first owner and potentially used site to dip railroad ties while building the railroad. Then, a power generation facility was located at the site and stacked creosote coated telephone poles at the site.
