Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of approximately 1 acre of land that former operated as Rush's Cleaners addressed at 210 Bolton Avenue in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The site is generally bounded by Bolton Avenue to the northeast, an empty lot owned by the City of Alexandria to the southeast, an operating fuel station to the northwest, and another empty lot owned by the City of Alexandria to the southwest. The site is also improved with one building which contains warehouse space, office space, and dry-cleaning operation space. The onsite building is vacant and derelict. The site formerly functioned as a dry cleaner. he site appears to have been developed with residential buildings from at least 1914 through 1953. The site appears to have been developed as a dry cleaner operation from approximately 1963 until the operations were discontinued in approximately 2001. Given the extended duration of historical operations documented on the site, the long-term, historical dry-cleaning operations on the site are a REC in connection with the site.
