Additional Property Attributes

This facility is a former public school, with the original structures still in-place. County records indicate the structures were built in the 1950's. A Phase I ESA completed in December 2010 revealed RECs associated with the site's former land use and apparent fill conducted as part of the original development. As of October 2013, the site was being re-used by the Emma Jewel Charter Academy; a much-needed Florida Public Charter School, largely aided by a loan from the Florida Community Loan Fund and Building Hope.

Former Use: Property is developed with structures associated with a former public school. Land is currently owned by the State of Florida, with a long-term lease to the County.
