Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is being used as an illegal dump site with multiple piles of one to five gallon plastic chemical containers herbicides, multiple quart plastic petroleum containers motor oil, several leaking five gallon containers of roofing tar discarded with a large unmarked plastic trashcan and assorted piles of what appears to be domestic trash. Located on the property is a railroad car labelled Fuel Oil where some of the contents appeared to have leaked out. Adjacent to the railroad car is a pipe cut off within inches of the ground surrounded by a black stain directly on the ground below. The U-shape concrete formations on the property that may have once supported additional above ground storage tanks. No secondary containment was observed. The site is listed as ount Paper LTD in the RCRA-NonGen database Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Non Generator and the FINDS database Facility Index System/Facility Registry System. The site is listed as US Packaging in the UST database Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Database. There were data gaps that significantly affected the ability to identify recognized environmental conditions associated with the property: The lack of information available from former owner ount Paper no longer discussing the property, the current owner Tieliang Zhang not transferring the deed into his name and knowing nothing of the property and the demolition of all but a few structures on the property leaving no information behind to detail its processes or the ability to confirm its uses.
