Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Block 40 Property is currently vacant land covered by grass and trees. Historically, the property was occupied by store fronts including a dry cleaner and a filling station and automotive repair facility. The property was formerly comprised of ten parcels. The properties were owned by several different individuals until they were acquired by Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Company between June 1973 and March 1980. The Phase I was conducted to facilitate ownership trasfer to IRG Inc.
