Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with buildings and a railroad spur and occupied by Page Brothers Buggy Company, by 1893. Betweeen 1929 and 1937, the Property was also occupied by Lambert Machine Company, a manufacturer of coffee roasters. By 1937, Breault & Pullman, an equipment manufacturer, occupied the Property. Brass Clearing House occupied the Property by 1944 and the Property continued to be used as warehouse space for a various companies through 1945. By 1950, the Property was occupied by Ronan & Kunzl, a manufacturer of water heaters, aircraft instruments, compressed gas cylinder tanks, door mats, and basketball backboards. In 2001, the buildings on the Property were demolished and the Property reverted to grass-covered land. In 2010, the Property consisted of grass-covered land.
