Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was part of a railroad yard in 1919, the earliest use identified in readily available records. By the 1950s, the Property was developed with a lumber yard as well as a railroad roundhouse and numerous rail lines. Railroad operations continued on the northern portion of the Property until the 1980s, and lumber operations continued until approximately 2008, when the buildings were vacated.
