Malibu Bay is a rental community that consists of 11 low and moderate income multi-family residential buildings with 264 units. The property also contains a clubhouse, asphalt parking areas, a swimming pool and a lake. Lincoln Capital, LLC (property owner as of Aug. 28, 2020) will be upgrading the buildings and property. This cleanup submitted for over $1,000,000 in Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credits through the State of Florida to address assessment and cleanup needs at the property. A portion of the site was a golf course from 1960s to 1996. The multi-family residential complex was constructed in 2005. Lincoln Captial acquired the property Aug 28, 2020.
