Additional Property Attributes

Part of former L.W. Packard Mill, redevelopint as a commercial business center.

Former Use: The property is a portion of the former L.W. Packard Woolen Mill that consists of a warehouse building, a generator building, the Scribner Building, and two storage buildings. The buildings were vacated when L.W. Packard moved mfg. operations overseas to China. Portions of the buildings span the Squam River and a hydroelectric power plant is located on the property.
