Property Highlights

Residential and commercial property operated as gasoline station, automotive services, and used car dealership along Route 3, south of Franklin. Arson recently resulted in the residence being completely razed, other property damage, and cleanup of the affected debris.

Former Use: Three buildings on property including residence, concrete repair garage building, and post an beam barn. The property has been a gasoline station and/or automotive service center since at least 1932. Approximately 60 drums of wastes were improperly stored at the property that were generated during operations. Residential building was destroyed by fire in June 2012. Burnt out foundation currently remains on site.
