This project was terminated before assessment activities were completed on the site. The prospective purchaser is now pursuing a different property in the same community.

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed for residential use. From 1954-1977, the property was developed as a gasoline service station. The property was most recently occupied by the Community Vision Clinic.
