Additional Property Attributes

This project was terminated before assessment activities were completed on the site. The prospective purchaser is now pursuing a different property in the same community.

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed for residential use. From 1950-1986, the property was occupied by a drive in restaurant. In 2003, a Chicken Coop restaurant was constructed on the property. The Chicken Coop restaurant was demolished several years ago leaving the basement and foundation of the former building in tact.
