Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in December 2010, RECs have been identified on this site related to previous phosphate mining activity and cattle pens within/adjacent to the site potential for soils to have been impacted by pesticide use. A Phase II ESA completed in 2012 revealed no impacts above regualtory criteria in the area identified for additional investigation. Based on the findings, no additional assessment was recommended prior to re-use.

Former Use: Site is primarily vacant/undeveloped lands located near the Peace River.
