Additional Property Attributes

The subject sites are the subjects of municipal redevelopment plans. Currently owned by the City of Alton, Madison County has agreed to fund the demolition of any existing structures and the construction of single-family homes with its Neighborhood Stabilization Program and/or HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. This work is done in conjunction with the local not-for-profit housing developer, the Greater Alton Community Development Corporation. No RECs were identified for these lots.

Former Use: The subject site is located in an older residential section of the City of Alton. Based on available historical information, the subject site has been residentially developed since at least 1885.
