Additional Property Attributes

The assessment was able to evaluate the vacant automotive dealership located within downtown Millington, Michigan. Numerous RECs were associated with the subject property and surrounding area. The assessment revealed only limited environmental contamination and was able to facilitate the successful transfer of the property for redevelopment of a bulk food retail location. The project leveraged approximately 950,000 in private funding and 5 new jobs.

Former Use: The property was developed by at least the late 1800s for commercial and residential purposes. By the mid 1960s the property was developed for automotive sales and service. Previous ownership/occupancy included Jim Kanary, Joseph hood, and P.T. Chevrolet.
