Additional Property Attributes

4020 Copper View Drive, Suite 230 is located within Copper Ridge Professional Center located in Garfield Township, Michigan. The proprety is a builidng condominium within a site condominium, and ownership of common lements within the site condominium is shared by all owners within the development. Foremr property uses included truck service/repair with hydraulic hoists, dry wells, and USTs, as well as road salt storage and orchard use. Releases from USTs have been documented and remediated. A historical REC exists on the common elements.

Former Use: Prior to Copper Ridge Professional Center's development, the property was comprised of farm land, vacant land and a repair facility and storage for the Grand Traverse County Road Commission. Currently, the property is largely made up of professional office buildings.
