Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former gas station which had confirmed UST releases in 2000 and 2001. Several samples have been collected for the subject property since then and found soils impacted above Part 201 criteria. A Remediation Alternatives Analysis was prepared to assist a potential developer to determine costs regarding property redevlopment.

Former Use: The property was a former gas station/convience store with one 25,000 UST. There were formerly four USTs located along the south edge of the canopy area. It was determined in the clean-up planning report that, due to the former use of the property along with findings from previous site investigations that included sampling events, that a BEA along with a Due Care Plan would be advised.
